Taxes

All California residents will be charged 7.5% sales tax. Stanislaus residents will be charged 7.625% sales tax.

Shipping

We will ship any items that are in stock within 3 days of the order date.  Expedited shipping and insurance may be available for an extra fee.  Please contact us directly for further details and arrangements.

US orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail and charged $10 flat rate.

International orders are via USPS First Class mail international parcel.  Shipping rates are $20 (USD) flat rate to Canada/Mexico and $30 (USD) to all other countries.  International orders may be tracked on USPS website.  International customers are responsible for all customs charges.  

Returns + Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss a return or exchange.  Unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase.  Shipping fees are nonrefundable.  You are encouraged to obtain a tracking number and insurance for your return shipment.

Any defective item will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
